It has come to our attention that there have been cases of ANA airline tickets being sold illegally through internet auctions and other means.

Examples:

・ An airline ticket that was issued under a name not belonging to the passenger

・ An awards ticket that was issued to a person who was not an Award user (the user stipulated within the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions)

・ An airline ticket that was purchased with an illegal credit card

Customers who are found to be in possession of such a ticket will not be allowed to board their flight. We therefore ask all customers to exercise sufficient caution when purchasing airline tickets.
